Pamela Smith is the CEO-founder and owner of Potter’s Hand Outreach Ministry, bringing over 15 years of community service and nonprofit leadership experience. With a profound commitment to supporting vulnerable, particularly the homeless and elderly, Pamela channels her lifelong passion for giving back into impact initiatives. As a licensed Evangelist Missionary, she has successfully led efforts to provide essential items to shelters, organize community outreach programs, and engage in street ministry. Her extensive leadership includes coordinating large-scale events that have assisted hundreds of homeless individuals, as well as serving as the Nursing Home Coordinator, enhancing the lives of elderly residents through meaningful activities and companionship. Doris Bobo, our 2nd Team Member, brings years of finance administration experience, making her a steady and organized leader. She efficiently manages daily office systems to ensure our business runs smoothly. Kenneth Smith, as Co-founder and Vice President of PHOM, plays a crucial role in shaping our organization's strategic vision and mission. His leadership requires a deep understanding of management, fundraising, and community engagement, along with the ability to forge and valuable partnerships with other organizations and stakeholders.
